Terms of Service

Effective date: October 9, 2026 Last updated: October 9, 2026 Operator: DSW Marketing LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DSW Marketing LLC ("SHE UNDRESSES," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of sheundresses.com and every page, feature, vault, and service offered there (the "Site"). By entering the Site, creating an account, or sending a payment, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they incorporate: the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Payment Policy, AI-Generated Content Disclosure & Content Policy, DMCA & Copyright Policy, Age Verification & Restricted Regions statement, TAKE IT DOWN Act & Non-Consensual Imagery Removal Policy, Complaints & Report Abuse policy, and the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

PLEASE READ SECTION 16 CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION AND WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS.

1. Age requirement (18+)

The Site contains sexually explicit material. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to enter. You may use the Site only if viewing this material is legal where you are. By using the Site you represent and warrant that each of these statements is true. You also agree that you will not allow any minor to access the Site through your device or account.

2. Eligibility and restricted locations

You may not use the Site if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where the Site is not offered, as described in our Age Verification & Restricted Regions statement. You may not use a VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your location in order to reach the Site from a restricted jurisdiction. You also may not use the Site if you are barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction, or if we previously terminated your access.

3. Age and Location Restrictions; No Circumvention

Representations. By entering or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet our age requirement: You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to enter. You further represent and warrant that you are not located in, and are not accessing the Site from, any jurisdiction where the Site is not offered, as identified in our Age Verification & Restricted Regions statement, and that all information you give us about your age and location is true.

No circumvention. You will not circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the age gate, our geolocation restrictions, or any other access control on the Site, by any means, including by using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, Tor or another anonymizing network, location spoofing, false or misleading information, another person's device, account, or credentials, or any bot, script, or other automated tool. Any access obtained through circumvention or misrepresentation is unauthorized and is a material breach of these Terms.

Your responsibility; release. If you circumvent or attempt to circumvent any age or location restriction, or misrepresent your age or location, you are solely responsible for your access to the Site and for your compliance with the laws of the place where you are located. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, and agree not to hold liable, sheundresses.com, DSW Marketing LLC, and their affiliates, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, and contractors (the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or relating to access to the Site obtained through circumvention or misrepresentation.

Indemnity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any third-party or governmental claim, investigation, action, fine, penalty, judgment, settlement, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or relating to your circumvention or attempted circumvention of any age or location restriction, or your misrepresentation of your age or location. This obligation is part of, and in addition to, your indemnity obligations under Section 15.

Remedies. If we determine or reasonably suspect that you have circumvented or attempted to circumvent any restriction, or misrepresented your age or location, we may, without notice and to the fullest extent permitted by law: immediately suspend or terminate your account and access; revoke all unlocked Content and all licenses granted to you, without refund, credit, or other compensation; block your devices, wallets, network addresses, and accounts from the Site; and report the matter to law enforcement, regulators, or other authorities where required or permitted by law. These remedies are in addition to any other rights we have under these Terms or applicable law.

4. Your account

Purchases are tied to your SHE UNDRESSES account. You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly at contact@sheundresses.com if you believe your account was used without permission. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person per account; accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

5. What we sell

SHE UNDRESSES sells access to sequential sets of AI-generated adult photographs and videos ("Content") featuring fictional characters ("muses"). Each set is a ladder of shots that unlock in order. Each unlock is a separate purchase of a digital license, delivered to your account vault. SHE UNDRESSES is not a "nudify" or clothes-removal service; you cannot upload images of anyone, and we do not alter images of real people on request.

6. Prices and cryptocurrency payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is accepted only in the cryptocurrencies offered at checkout, which may include Solana (SOL, including payment through the Phantom and Solflare wallets), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT on Ethereum), Litecoin (LTC), and Bitcoin (BTC). Some assets have minimums; for example, Bitcoin is available only for purchases of three or more shots. Invoices are generated through our payment processor, NOWPayments, and the crypto amount is fixed when the invoice is created.

You are responsible for sending the exact amount, in the asset and on the network shown, to the address shown, before the invoice expires, and for all network and exchange fees. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, in the wrong asset, after expiry, or in an amount that does not match the invoice. We may accept a payment that is slightly short because of exchange withdrawal fees, at our sole discretion. Prices, bundles, and promotional rates may change at any time but will not change on an invoice that has already been created. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

7. Digital delivery; all sales final

Content is delivered digitally to your account once the blockchain payment is confirmed and matched to your invoice. Because delivery is immediate and digital, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no automatic refunds of any kind. Refunds are made only at our sole discretion after a manual review by our team, as described in the Refund & Payment Policy. If you paid but a shot did not unlock, use the Failed Transaction form at sheundresses.com/failed-transaction and do not send a second payment. Disputing a payment, or attempting to reverse one through an exchange, wallet provider, or other intermediary, is a material breach of these Terms.

8. Your license

When your purchase is confirmed, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to view the purchased Content through your account, and to keep one personal copy for your own private, non-commercial viewing. You do not acquire any ownership of the Content, the muses, or any intellectual property. Gift purchases transfer this same license to the named recipient only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DSW Marketing LLC.

9. Prohibited use

You agree that you will not, and will not help anyone else to:

  • copy, share, post, upload, sell, resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise make any Content available to any other person or site, including social media, forums, messaging apps, file-sharing services, or other paysites;
  • remove, crop out, or obscure watermarks, stamps, or other identifying marks;
  • edit, remix, face-swap, or create derivative works from the Content for anything other than your own private viewing;
  • scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or use bots or automated tools on the Site;
  • use any Content to train, fine-tune, test, or prompt any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system;
  • bypass, disable, or interfere with the sequential-unlock system, access controls, geo-restrictions, age gate, or security features;
  • represent that a muse is a real person, that you created the Content, or that you have any relationship with a muse;
  • request, upload, or attempt to obtain any depiction of a minor, any youthful-appearing depiction, any non-consensual or illegal theme, or any real person's likeness without that person's documented consent;
  • use the Site for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose; or
  • harass, threaten, or impersonate any person, including our staff.

10. Intellectual property

The Site, the muses (including their names, characters, likenesses, and backstories), all Content, our trademarks including SHE UNDRESSES, and all software, text, and design are owned by DSW Marketing LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Leaking or redistributing Content is copyright infringement, and we enforce our rights, including through DMCA notices to hosts and platforms and through legal action. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

11. Content standards and our rights

All Content on the Site is produced under our AI-Generated Content Disclosure & Content Policy. We may review, remove, replace, or stop offering any Content or set at any time, including Content you previously purchased where removal is required by law, by a valid takedown request, or by our policies. If we must remove Content you purchased, your sole remedy is a replacement unlock or, at our discretion, a credit.

12. Third-party services

Payments are processed by NOWPayments and settle on public blockchains. Wallets such as Phantom and Solflare, exchanges, and blockchain networks are operated by third parties under their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, fees, errors, or security.

13. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT CONTENT WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, OR THAT ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY WILL HOLD ITS VALUE. Content is adult fantasy entertainment featuring fictional characters.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DSW MARKETING LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, DIGITAL ASSETS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DSW Marketing LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, your circumvention or attempted circumvention of any age or location restriction or misrepresentation of your age or location (as further described in Section 3), or your infringement or redistribution of any Content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this indemnity extends to the Released Parties defined in Section 3.

16. Dispute resolution; binding arbitration; class action waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. EXCEPT AS STATED BELOW, YOU AND DSW MARKETING LLC AGREE TO RESOLVE ALL DISPUTES THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

16.1 Covered disputes. "Dispute" means any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and DSW Marketing LLC (including its affiliates, members, managers, employees, agents, and contractors) that arises out of or relates in any way to the Site, any Content, any purchase, payment, or refund, any communication between us, or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, statute (including the Washington Consumer Protection Act, chapter 19.86 RCW), fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and whether it arose before or after you accepted these Terms.

16.2 Pre-dispute notice and informal resolution. Before starting an arbitration or a small-claims action, the party with the Dispute must send the other a written Notice of Dispute. Your Notice must be sent by email to legal@sheundresses.com with the subject "Notice of Dispute," or by mail to: DSW Enterprises Attn: Notice of Dispute P.O. Box 4826 Spokane, WA 99220 United States Your Notice must include your name, the email address on your account (if any), your mailing address, a description of the Dispute, and the specific relief you want, and must be personally signed by you (and by your lawyer, if you have one). We will send any Notice to you at the email address on your account. For sixty (60) days after the Notice is received, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the Dispute, including through an individual telephone or video conference if either party asks for one. Neither party may start an arbitration or small-claims action until that period ends. All applicable statutes of limitations and filing-fee deadlines are tolled while the parties engage in this process. Compliance with this Section 16.2 is a condition precedent to starting any arbitration, and the arbitrator or a court may dismiss or stay any proceeding started without it.

16.3 Agreement to arbitrate. If the Dispute is not resolved within the sixty (60) day period, you and DSW Marketing LLC agree that the Dispute will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator, on an individual basis only, except as provided in Sections 16.6 and 16.7. This agreement to arbitrate is made under a transaction involving interstate commerce and is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16. To the extent the Federal Arbitration Act does not apply, the Washington Uniform Arbitration Act, chapter 7.04A RCW, governs.

16.4 Administrator and rules. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and, where applicable, its Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules, in effect when the arbitration is filed (together, the "AAA Rules"), as modified by this Section 16. The AAA Rules are available at adr.org. If the AAA is unavailable or declines to administer the arbitration, the arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures and its Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards. If neither is available, a court of competent jurisdiction under Section 16.11 will appoint an arbitrator under 9 U.S.C. § 5.

16.5 Delegation. The arbitrator, and not any court, has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this agreement to arbitrate, including any claim that all or part of it is void or voidable or that a Dispute is not subject to arbitration, except that a court of competent jurisdiction under Section 16.11 will decide (a) whether a claim falls within the small-claims, intellectual-property, or injunctive-relief exceptions in Section 16.6; (b) any dispute about the enforceability of the class, collective, and representative action waiver in Section 16.7; and (c) any dispute about Section 16.9 (Mass arbitration).

16.6 Exceptions. Either party may, instead of arbitrating, bring an individual claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction, so long as the claim stays in that court and proceeds only on an individual basis; either party may elect small-claims court even after an arbitration has been filed, as the AAA Rules permit. Either party may also bring an action in court for injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property, or to stop unauthorized access to the Site, circumvention of any age or location restriction, or redistribution of Content.

16.7 Class, collective, and representative action waiver. YOU AND DSW MARKETING LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, may not preside over any form of class, collective, or representative proceeding, and may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim. If a court finally decides, after all appeals, that this waiver is unenforceable as to any claim or request for relief, then that claim or request for relief (and only that one) will be severed from the arbitration and decided by a court under Section 16.11, after the arbitration of all other claims is complete; the remaining claims will still be arbitrated individually.

16.8 Costs and fees. Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees is governed by the AAA Rules, except as follows. If you start the arbitration, you will pay the filing fee the AAA Rules require of an individual consumer claimant (currently capped at $225 by the AAA), and in no event more than that amount; DSW Marketing LLC will pay all other AAA filing, administration, and case-management fees and all arbitrator compensation, as the AAA Rules require. If DSW Marketing LLC starts the arbitration, DSW Marketing LLC will pay all fees. If you show that the fees you would owe are prohibitive compared with the cost of litigating in court, DSW Marketing LLC will pay as much of your share as the arbitrator finds necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive. Each party bears its own attorneys' fees and costs, except that the arbitrator may award attorneys' fees and costs to the extent a statute that applies to a claim (including RCW 19.86.090) would allow a court to award them, and may assess fees and costs against a party only where the AAA Rules and applicable law permit, including where the arbitrator finds that a claim or defense was frivolous or brought for an improper purpose under the standard of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b). There is no "loser pays" rule in this Section.

16.9 Mass arbitration. If twenty-five (25) or more Notices of Dispute or demands for arbitration raising similar claims are submitted against DSW Marketing LLC by or with the help of the same or coordinated law firms or organizations, the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules and Consumer Mass Arbitration and Mediation Fee Schedule will apply, and the parties agree that: (a) the demands will be filed and administered in batches of up to one hundred (100), in the order received, with the next batch filed after the previous batch is resolved or, if sooner, ninety (90) days after it was filed; (b) each claim in a batch will still be decided individually on its own facts, with its own arbitrator unless the parties agree otherwise, and no decision in one claim binds any other claimant who did not participate in it; (c) the AAA may appoint a process arbitrator to resolve administrative disputes and fee issues for the batches; and (d) all applicable statutes of limitations and filing-fee deadlines are tolled for each claim from the date its Notice of Dispute is received until its demand is filed in a batch. This Section 16.9 does not limit anyone's right to elect small-claims court under Section 16.6.

16.10 The hearing and award. The arbitration will be conducted by videoconference or telephone, or on written submissions if the claim is $25,000 or less and neither party requests a hearing; any in-person hearing will take place in the county where you live, or in Spokane County, Washington, at your election. The arbitrator will apply the substantive law of the State of Washington and applicable federal law, including statutes of limitations, and may award any individual relief that a court could award under applicable law. The arbitrator will issue a reasoned written decision. Nothing in this Section shortens any statute of limitations or limits any remedy available to you under applicable law, except as provided in Section 16.7. The arbitrator's award is final and binding, and judgment on it may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction, including the courts named in Section 16.11.

16.11 Courts and venue. For any Dispute or part of a Dispute that is not arbitrated under this Section 16 (including claims under Section 16.6 other than small-claims actions, claims severed under Section 16.7, any opt-out under Section 16.12, and actions to compel arbitration, to confirm, modify, or vacate an award, or to decide the matters reserved to courts in Section 16.5), you and DSW Marketing LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state courts located in Spokane County, Washington, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, and waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue there. YOU AND DSW MARKETING LLC WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY SUCH COURT PROCEEDING, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

16.12 30-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this agreement to arbitrate by sending a written opt-out notice, within thirty (30) days after you first accept these Terms, by email to legal@sheundresses.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" or by mail to the address in Section 16.2. The notice must include your name, the email address on your account (if any), and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms, and Disputes with you will then be resolved by the courts under Section 16.11.

16.13 Changes to this Section. If DSW Marketing LLC makes a material change to this Section 16, the change will not apply to any Dispute of which DSW Marketing LLC had written notice before the change took effect, and you may reject the change by sending a notice under Section 16.12 within thirty (30) days after the change is posted, in which case the version of this Section you last accepted continues to apply to you.

16.14 Severability and survival. If any part of this Section 16, other than Section 16.7, is found unenforceable as to any Dispute, that part will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of this Section 16 will be enforced. The handling of an unenforceable class, collective, or representative waiver is governed by Section 16.7. This Section 16 survives the termination of your account and these Terms.

17. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 16. Subject to Section 16, any action that is permitted to proceed in court (other than a small-claims action) will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Spokane County, Washington, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. If you live in a country whose consumer-protection laws give you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are not affected.

18. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, attempted fraud, redistributed Content, or accessed the Site from a restricted location. On termination, your license to view Content ends and no refund is owed. You may close your account at any time by emailing contact@sheundresses.com. Sections 3, 7 through 10, and 13 through 20 survive termination.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and take effect when posted, except that changes to Section 16 will not apply to disputes already pending. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

20. General

These Terms, with the policies they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, or employment relationship. Notices to you may be sent to your account email; notices to us must be sent to legal@sheundresses.com.
