TAKE IT DOWN Act & Non-Consensual Imagery Removal Policy

• Any intimate visual depiction of you that was published on SHE UNDRESSES without your consent, including AI-generated or digitally altered images ("digital forgeries").
• Any image or video on SHE UNDRESSES that uses or closely resembles your face, body, or likeness without your documented consent, even if we believed it was a fictional character.

Use the takedown request form at sheundresses.com/takedown. If you cannot use the form, email legal@sheundresses.com with the subject "TAKE IT DOWN Request," or mail your request to the address in Section 10. Requests can be submitted from anywhere, including restricted regions, and you do not need an account.

• Your name (or the name of the person you represent, and your authority to act for them) and a way to contact you, such as an email address.
• The URL of each page or image, or enough information for us to find it (for example, the muse name, set name, and shot number).
• A brief description of why the content depicts you, or is an intimate depiction of you, without your consent.
• Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough).
• The good-faith statement below.

Your request must include a statement in substance as follows: "I have a good-faith belief that the intimate visual depiction identified in this request is not consensual, and that I am the identifiable individual depicted or am authorized to act on that individual's behalf." Knowingly false requests may expose the sender to legal liability.

You may optionally upload a photo of yourself so we can compare it with the content you reported. A comparison photo is never required to submit a request, and we will process your request without one. If you provide one, it is stored privately with restricted access, used only to verify your likeness claim, never used to generate content or to train or prompt any AI system, and permanently deleted thirty (30) days after your request is resolved.

• We remove or disable access to the reported content as soon as possible, and no later than 48 hours after we receive a valid request.
• We make reasonable efforts to identify and remove all known identical copies of the depiction on SHE UNDRESSES, including other shots and sets generated from the same source image, and we block it from being regenerated or republished.
• When a request lacks information we need, we will contact you promptly; the 48-hour period runs from receipt of a valid request. We will not delay removal of content that plainly depicts you without consent while we ask for details.
• Where a muse was based on a real person's documented consent and that person has withdrawn it, we stop all future production and remove the content within the same period.

We confirm receipt of your request by email. When the content has been removed, we send you a notice that identifies what was removed, the date and time of removal, and the steps taken to remove identical copies. If we cannot act on a request, we tell you why and what additional information would let us act.

We keep a record of each request and our response. Generation records (prompts, AI models, timestamps, and screening results) are kept but are not published on the Site.
