Age Verification & Restricted Regions

1. Age requirement (18+)
You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to enter. Every visitor must confirm their age at the age gate before viewing the Site, and every account holder confirms it again by accepting our Terms of Service. Providing a false age is a breach of our Terms and results in immediate termination. Parents and guardians can block adult sites with the parental controls built into most devices, browsers, and networks.
2. Regions where we do not offer the Site
A number of U.S. states require adult websites to verify each visitor's age through government identification or a similar method. Rather than collect identity documents from our customers, we do not offer the Site in those states. Visitors whose connection is located in any of the following states are shown a notice that the Site is not available in their state and cannot browse, purchase, or view Content:

We update this list as state laws take effect or change. Location is determined from your network connection. You may not use a VPN, proxy, or other method to evade this restriction; doing so violates our Terms of Service, and we will terminate any account we find doing so without refund.
Our legal pages, including this one, and the Failed Transaction form remain reachable from restricted regions so existing customers can read our policies and resolve pending payment issues.
3. Other countries
We may restrict access from any country or territory where adult content of this kind is unlawful, or where local law imposes age-assurance or other requirements we do not meet. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you are. Do not use the Site where it is illegal for you to do so.
4. No circumvention
You may not circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the age gate, our geolocation restrictions, or any other access control, whether by VPN, proxy, Tor, location spoofing, false information, another person's device or credentials, or automated tools. Access obtained that way is unauthorized and a material breach of our Terms of Service. If you do it anyway, you are solely responsible for your access and for complying with your local law, you release and agree not to hold sheundresses.com, DSW Marketing LLC, and their affiliates, officers, members, employees, agents, and contractors liable for any resulting claim, and you indemnify them against any resulting third-party or government claims, fines, and costs, including attorneys' fees, all to the fullest extent permitted by law. We will terminate your access, revoke unlocked Content without refund, block you, and report the matter where required. See Section 3 of our Terms of Service.
