DMCA & Copyright Policy

DSW Marketing LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 ("DMCA").
1. Designated agent

2. Filing a notice of infringement
If you believe material on SHE UNDRESSES infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list if there are several);
- identification of the material you claim is infringing, with the URL or other information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it;
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We act expeditiously on complete notices, generally within two (2) business days, by removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the affected user where one exists. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
3. Counter-notice
If material connected to your account was removed and you believe in good faith that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@sheundresses.com that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, address, and telephone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which DSW Marketing LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
We will forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us within ten (10) business days that it has filed a court action to restrain the activity, we may restore the material in ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days after receiving the counter-notice.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and we may block their access to the Site.
5. Our own content
The muses and all Content on SHE UNDRESSES are original works owned by DSW Marketing LLC. Redistribution of purchased Content anywhere, including leak sites, forums, file hosts, social media, and other paysites, infringes our copyright. We monitor for leaks and send takedown notices to hosts, platforms, and search engines.
6. Other requests
