Complaints, Content Removal & Report Abuse

We want to hear about anything on SHE UNDRESSES that is illegal, harmful, or breaks our policies, and about any problem with our service. Anyone can report, with or without an account.
1. Where to send a report
- Content that may depict a minor: email legal@sheundresses.com with the subject "URGENT: Minor" immediately. We act on these reports first.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or a real person's likeness: submit a request at sheundresses.com/takedown. See our TAKE IT DOWN Act & Non-Consensual Imagery Removal Policy at sheundresses.com/legal/takedown-policy. Valid requests are removed within 48 hours.
- Copyright infringement: follow the DMCA & Copyright Policy and email dmca@sheundresses.com.
- Other content concerns, violations of our Content Policy, or abuse of the Site: email legal@sheundresses.com with the subject "Report Abuse."
- Payment problems: use sheundresses.com/failed-transaction.
- Service complaints and account questions: email contact@sheundresses.com.
2. What to include
The URL or a description of the content (muse, set, and shot), what the problem is, and how to reach you. You may report anonymously, but we may not be able to follow up.
3. How we respond
- Reports of possible minors or of illegal content: reviewed promptly, and the content is disabled while we review. Apparent child sexual abuse material is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
- Takedown requests: removed within 48 hours of a valid request.
- All other reports and complaints: acknowledged within two (2) business days and resolved, in most cases, within seven (7) business days.
Every report is reviewed by a person. When we remove content, it is taken down from the Site and removed from sale, and we keep a record of the report and our decision.
4. Appeals
If you disagree with how we handled your report or a decision that affected you, reply to our decision email with the subject "Appeal" within 30 days. A different member of our team will review it and respond within fourteen (14) business days. Our decision on appeal is final, except as provided in our Terms of Service.
