AI-Generated Content Disclosure & Content Policy

All photographs and videos sold on SHE UNDRESSES are created with generative artificial intelligence. The muses are fictional characters. They are not real people, they do not have real identities or private lives, and they do not personally receive or read anything you send. Any resemblance to a real person, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended.

All persons depicted are fictional AI-generated adults aged 18 or older. Every muse is created as an adult aged 18–34, with clearly adult features. Each character is assigned an adult age in that range when she is created, and her prompts call for clearly adult features. We do not create or sell, and we prohibit, any content that depicts, suggests, or could reasonably be perceived to depict a minor, including:

• "teen," "young," "barely legal," "schoolgirl," "petite girl," or similar youth-coded terms used to imply minority;
• childlike bodies or faces, school uniforms or settings, toys, or other props associated with children; and
• age-play or "daddy/daughter" or other role-play that implies a minor.

Every generated image is screened before it can be published. An automated vision check reviews the finished image itself, not just the prompt, for any sign that the person could appear to be under 18. Images that fail are blocked from publication. Borderline images are held for human review and published only if a reviewer confirms the subject clearly appears to be an adult; the decision and reason are logged. We also screen each image against our content standards.

In addition to Section 2, we do not create, sell, or allow:

• non-consensual themes, including depictions of sexual assault, coercion, incapacitation, sleep, or intoxication used to suggest lack of consent;
• incest, bestiality, necrophilia, extreme violence, torture, or bodily harm in a sexual context;
• content depicting or promoting human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or illegal acts;
• hate speech or content that sexualizes a protected characteristic in a demeaning way;
• content that is obscene under applicable law; and
• deepfakes, face-swaps, "nudified" images, or any depiction of a real, identifiable person without that person's documented consent.

SHE UNDRESSES is not a clothes-removal or "nudify" service. You cannot upload photographs, and we do not alter images of anyone on request. We never use a real person's face, body, name, or likeness to generate content unless that person is an adult who has given us documented, written, informed consent for that specific use, with verified government identification and an executed release on file. Where a real person is depicted, the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 recordkeeping described in our 2257 statement applies. A person who has consented may withdraw consent for future production at any time by writing to legal@sheundresses.com.

For every published image and video we keep generation records, including the prompt, the AI model used, settings and seed where available, the source image used for each set, the output, the date and time, the result of the adult-appearance screening, the content-standards screening and its reasoning, and any human-review decision. These records are kept for at least seven (7) years.

If you believe any content on SHE UNDRESSES depicts a minor, depicts a real person without consent, or otherwise violates this policy, report it immediately:

Under our Terms of Service you may not use Content to train or prompt AI systems, alter it to depict a real person, or present a muse as a real person. Violations result in termination and may be reported to authorities.
